Senior Manufacturing Lead - 2nd Shift

National Cart Company is considered an essential business. We manufacture industrial, metal carts for Fortune 500 companies.  I.e. grocery stocking carts, distribution center carts, and cart corrals.

• Responsible for overall repair operations on Go Carts. 
• Conducts associate training and cross-training.
• Accountable for safety, quality and productivity.
• Fosters a well-trained and motivated workforce.  
• Assume duties of Product Category Manager/Supervisor in their absence, but does not personally give associate disciplinary actions, reviews, merit increases, etc.

Position will train on 1st shift and then move to 2nd shift to lead the repair team.

• Stoops, twists, bends and works overhead.
• Exerts up to 50 pounds of force frequently.
• Walks or stands for a minimum of 8 hours with limited breaks.
• Demonstrates manual dexterity.
• Tolerates extremes in temperature.
• Extensive use with power/hand tools.
• Performs visual inspections.
