National Cart Company manufactures industrial, metal products for Fortune 500 companies. I.e. grocery stocking carts, distribution center carts, and cart corrals.
We are adding a 2nd shift Department Lead to our leadership team in Steel Assembly.
Job Summary: Responsible for overall operations within assigned area. Adheres to and upholds plant policies and procedures. Senior Lead is accountable for safety, quality and productivity. Fosters a well-trained and motivated workforce.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
- Previous leadership experience required.
- Must be able to work before/after shift as needed.
- Proven commitment to job and career progression in same company highly preferred.
