Key Account Manager

National Cart Company is hiring for a brand new, critical role within our organization.

We are looking for NCC family member who would be excited about doing the following:

• Develop an understanding and gain the ability to sell features of our custom metal carts to our top client (Fortune 500 company).  
• Learn the client and which carts and replacement parts are ordered at each location
• Track multiple product revisions and prototypes carts
• Utilize the sales order/quote management system to execute product changes
• Track what spare components we manufacture and know which carts they belong to
• Work with internal supply chain management group for lead times 
• Ability to proactively communicate lead time challenges within NCC and with client
• Work with 20+ client contacts at varying levels of their organization who have multiple priorities, expectations and demands
• Show empathy throughout the external and internal teams while gathering/communicating necessary information in order to resolve problems
• Be enthusiastic with change and be able to reshuffle priorities on a daily basis
• Engage with client site personnel to aid in transportation management, returns and general fact finding
