Key Account Manager

Join National Cart's customer service team as a Key Account Manager.

The Key Account Manager is dedicated to a high profile, fortune 500 client.   The Key Account Manager is critical in providing exceptional customer service and ensures timely delivery of products, resolution to issues that arise and consistent customer care.  This client places high volume orders, requires unique reporting requirements, and has a high volume of locations.

Requirements & Qualifications: 

• Very strong project management skills with multiple tasks and deadlines
• Superior written and oral communication skills.
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office; Advanced Excel experience preferred
• Decision-making, analytical problem resolution, and creative thinking skills.
• Positive attitude.
• Ability to handle high stress environment
• Be available beyond normal work hours

 Principle Job Duties: 

• Receives and enters high volume of customer orders.
• Supports regional sales operational objectives by communicating customer information; reporting and implementing production quality, and customer service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends.
• Handling cancellations or changes in sales order and communicating the changes with the related departments
• Coordinating status on orders from plant departments in ensuring the delivery commitment to customers is met.
• Maintaining customer reporting activities.

• Sit for a minimum of 8 hours with limited breaks
• Stand for a minimum of 8 hours with limited breaks
• Stoop, twist, bend and work overhead as necessary

• Operate computer extensively on a daily basis
