Description: Assemble product and operate equipment safely, productively, and ergonomically correct while manufacturing quality parts and assemblies.

Requirements: Previous manufacturing assembly experience preferred.

• Assemble, package and label product; operate equipment and hand tools as required.
• Maintain assembly jigs, hand tools and equipment in good working order
• Consistently produces at an acceptable level of productivity with some supervision.
• Capable of arranging own assembly area for the efficient assembly of all products.
• Notifies cell manager of tools in need of repair, low inventory of items used daily, poor quality of product being assembled, etc.
• Produces acceptable-quality finished goods with acceptable workmanship and very few rejects.
• Continuously produces, at an acceptable level of productivity at given rate with some supervision.
• Moderate product knowledge has knowledge of which types of wheels belong on specific products being assembled, model numbers, bearing, nut, bolt, etc.
