IT Support Technician

To thrive in this role you must have:

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Extensive knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows10, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2012)
• Experience with TCP/IP, DNC, Local Area Networking, Wi-Fi, VOIP, Printer, Fax setup and troubleshooting experience is not required but preferred.
• Oracle SQL experience is not required but preferred.
• Familiarity with Linux is not required but preferred.
• CNC equipment experience is not required but preferred.
• Strong customer service skills
• Documentation skills

We will teach you the rest!

What you will do:

• Help Desk Support that will consist of researching user questions and troubleshooting their issues, Document and resolve work tickets, manage and service devices, and assist associates with configuring cell phones and devices.
• IT Assistance that will consist of maintaining relationships with outside vendors, manages telephone and security systems, provides network support, investigates and troubleshoots more complex IT related issues, and Installs, configures and maintains desktop and laptop computers, network and direct attached printers.

Compensation for position is based on skills and experience.
