What you will do:

• Sustains the cleanliness of NCC facilities including production facility, outside grounds and office areas.
• Undertakes comprehensive cleaning, addressing restrooms, offices, and other designated areas following a cleaning and maintenance schedule.
• Performs preventative maintenance of cleaning equipment and hand tools.

To thrive in this role you must have:

• Must exhibit self-motivation ensuring tasks are accomplished in a safe, efficient and efficient manner.
• Must have experience in custodial and maintenance areas.
• Must be able to repair furniture, walls, lights, and other plant items.
• Must be able to operate scissor lift and forklift.
• Must have demonstrated employment stability with other places worked.
