Design and Manufacturing Engineer

NCC is currently looking for a Design  and Manufacturing Engineer to add to our team.

The Design Engineer's main responsibilities:

• Creates new industrial cart designs or modifies existing carts based on customer requirements
• Assists in the selection and testing of cart material and components 
• Aides in prototype development
• Works directly with clients as needed
• Creates bills of material (BOM) structures for new products
• Develops required documentation to support the production process to include drawings, work instructions, check lists, etc.

What we  are looking for in a candidate:

• Bachelors degree in mechanical or industrial engineering preferred but not required
• 5+ years for 3D design and implementation experience required in manufacturing setting
• Experience with Solid Works design 
• Ability to create innovative designs that sell themselves
• Strong project management  and time management skills
