Every day you will:

• Champion assigned projects through the NPD (New Product Development) and NPI (New Product Introduction) processes.
• Coordinate with the CAD Design and Drafting team to achieve deliverables on a timely basis.
• Communicates with internal and external customers to determine product requirements and needs.
• Ensure designs are manufacturable within the capabilities of NCC manufacturing processes.
• Develop bill of materials, standard cost, and time observation data.

To thrive in this environment you must:

• Bachelors' degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience including leadership roles.
• Experience with SolidWorks or similar software is required.
• Competency in metal working processes, equipment, and related design techniques.
• Requires an individual who is flexible, assertive, stress tolerant, and optimistic.
