The Client Care Representative is responsible for customer service and sales support for NCC's top account. The Client Care Representative works directly with our client's representatives and NCC departments to ensure timely delivery of products, resolution to issues, and provide consistent customer care.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • 3-5 years' customer service in the manufacturing industry or related experience.
  • Enjoys challenges and solving problems; self-driven.
  • Desire to learn new things and asks questions.
  • The ability to manage client requests and changes.
  • A high level of energy and a "can-do" outlook.
  • Open to working beyond traditional working hours as needed during peak season.
  • Ability to build customer rapport and be able to understand customer needs.
  • Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs data entry of orders into internal system and manage purchase order process from receipt to delivery to customer.
  • Is knowledgeable and tracks which spare part components apply to specific finished goods.
  • Engages closely with the purchasing group to understand rationale behind the lead times given to sales orders
  • Proactively communicates lead time challenges within NCC and to the customer.
  • Engages with various customers sites to aid in the transportation arrangements, returns processing, and fact finding.
  • Ensures reports are accurate, clear, and reviewed for errors/mistakes prior to sending.
  • Always acts prompt and is responsive to the client's requests.
  • Communicates status updates on customer inquiries and issues.
  • Administers cancellations or changes in sales orders and communicates changes.
