Aluminum Assembly Working Lead - 1st Shift

Everyday you will:

• Lead associates in the aluminum department assembling products made out of aluminum
• Ensure work is done in a safe and productive manner
• Completes all paperwork completely, accurately and timely
• Train associates and motivate the Aluminum team to meet productivity goals

To thrive in this environment you must:

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience
• Proven experience in leading a team
• Have a solid attendance record and good tenure with pas employers
• Be available for nine hour shifts and Saturday overtime
