Responsibilities:

  • Prepares, prints, files, mails, and transmits invoices.
  • Sends copies of invoices and statements as requested.
  • Processes credit card charges.
  • Prepares cash receipts.
  • Prints and transmits sales acknowledgements.
  • Tracks support issue information for clients.
  • Issues credit memos as needed.
  • Ensures that records are prepared and filed appropriately for future access.
  • Processes credit applications and sets up new customers.
  • Calculates and reports daily metrics.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • High school diploma or equivalent plus some higher education or relevant work experience.
  • Requires excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Requires strong decision-making, analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
  • Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • Must be able to work well under short time constraints and pressure.
  • Should be a team player and willing to assist with all company initiatives.
  • Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Must be able to work extended hours before and after shift as required.
