1st and 2nd shift Fabrication Lead

NCC is expanding our leadership team adding a Fabrication Lead to our team.

What is NCC looking for:

• Team player who leads by example
• 2+ years in a leadership role in a job shop environment
• 3+ years experience with large machinery such as CNC, turret, press brake, notcher, etc.
• Excellent computer skills
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Ability to interpret and read prints

Main responsibilities include:

• Lead team Fabrication Machine Operators to make parts for industrical carts
• Ensure orders are closed out and issues reported promptly
• Responsible for time keeping and update IQMS computer system
• Accountable for safety, quality, and productivity of team
• Foster a well-trained and motivated work team
